Go to the above URL, then click on the "Linux drivers" link in the top frame.
The NVidia linux drivers page should appear in the middle frame, this works
correct with both NS 4.75 and IE 4. With Mozilla I've seen two behaviours:
1) The URL in the textfield (the one right to the stop button) changes, but the
page doesn't (it still shows the Win drivers page in the main frame)
2) The main frame seems to be blank (empty with grey background), but when I let
me show the HTML source the page is there. It is simply not visible. This is
100% reproducible with my 20001031 Linux build.

confirmed with 110104 mozilla trunk win32 build. Over to HTML frames.
