Its long time since we are having facility to rip-off Tab from a window and the ability rearrange tab. I consider my self an advance user, still I find it trouble some to tore off a tab from a window. But some time it happens accidentally when I am not expecting it to do. Another issue is many users dont know they can rip-off Tabs, Or duplicate tabs.

I have an enhancement request, why dont we add some buttons on the tab to do above mentioned actions.
These controls should only appear when user hover over the Tabs
Example see attached "tab_buttons.png"
It has a [+] plus button to duplicate tab and a [?] hook button to pull out tab from the window.
Having these controls will allow us also to limit accidental tore apart of Tabs from a window.
Another advantage is when we have "Tabs on Title Bar" bug 572160 we could also use double clicking on Tab make the window maximized, or dragging Tab will be able to make equivalent to dragging Title bar.

This makes it much more likely that the user will click the wrong button when trying to close a tab, and also makes less space available for the web site title.
Duplicating tabs is a case that should be handled by a context menu or similar instead, not top-level UI controls.

It should only appear when user hover over the Tabs. The we wont lose any space available for the web site title.

Then what about just to hook to tore-off tab.
