The site identity block should switch to red if we have a malware warning page or phishing warning page.
From bug 588270, comment 20: "What about turning it red for any URL with "http(s)://" in the middle of it? Anyone doing that is certainly not up for anything good."

I'd like to see this happen, especially if we can have "Web Forgery" or "Attack Site" text right next to the URL in question, to help remind users to not copy that URL elsewhere. I think we're already doing enough other things with that block to provide relevant context that this would be a natural fit.
