User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b3) Gecko/20100805 Firefox/4.0b3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E) When using private browsing to plan my partners birthday party I sometimes save pictures by dragging them from web pages directly to a folder on the computer. After the browser is shut down copies of the pictures is now present as .bmp-versions in my %TEMP%-directory (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp). This is true when not using the private browsing mode as well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Drag a picture from a web page to a local directory 2. Close browser Actual Results: A copy of the picture is now present in %TEMP% Expected Results: Pictures of naked presents shouldn't be left behind after a late night birthday party planning session. This seems to be fixed in Firefox 4 beta 3, but it could perhaps be ported to 3.6.x to fix the privacy issue?
Can reproduce on Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

This has been fixed for Firefox 4, but unfortunately the fix cannot be backported to 3.6.
