STR:
    * Click the button
    * Middle-click the link to open it in a new tab
    * Close the window

Expected result: Link opens in a new tab; closing the window warns about closing multiple tabs.
Actual results:
If you have links set to open in the background nothing happens. If they're set to open in the foreground, the current page is replaced
. Closing the window warns about closing multiple tabs, even though only one web page is visible.

Note: this appears to be a regression from tabs-on-top.
