All of these tests have been contributed to the W3C?  Do they have a copy somewhere that would be easier to get fixed?  Or licensed such that it could be re-hosted and fixed?

This one certainly has.  The reported issues were on the www-svg mailing list.

The W3C version will obviously get fixed; we need the IE test center one to be fixed too.
