It seems a problem with image discarding.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with lot of images, say http://planet.mozilla.org/
2. Open new tab and browse in it for a while
3. Switch back to first tab
Actual Results:
Images flicker with white horizontal line runs down. CPU load is 100% for a few seconds (should be images re-decoding). If tabs stays in background longer, images disappeared, replacing with white placeholders.
Expected Results:
Images should be decoded and displayed "instantly".
This regression in nigtlies stay for about 2-3 days.
