It's currently a slave-side oriented script, with lots of options to do things differently. Most of that flexibility+functionality is not exposed in buildbot. It would be nice to allow for custom platform and locale lists, at least... probably through build properties.
I think I had a fix that would have worked in 2.0a1build3; staging worked but production didn't. I'm going to guess that's differences between default and 0.1 branch tip in mozharness (PRODUCTION tag); adding bug 574473 as a dependency.

Hm, I'm able to be pretty accurate with json configs, might wontfix this.
