User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b5pre) Gecko/20100824 Minefield/4.0b5pre Build Identifier: Trunk If you have a bunch of extensions installed and then for whatever reason decide that you're going to uninstall a few, it will only show the "restart/undo" notice/options for the first (alphabetically sorted) in the list. Reproducible: Always

Similar to bug 589777? I haven't tested with extensions yet, but for backgrounds only the first one gets removed. Seems to be identical for extensions then.

What does it show for the other extensions and what extensions are you testing with? This seems to work as expected for me.
The extensions that I tried to uninstall are: account manager, image zoom, jetpack locationbar 2 and open link in... It shows the extension list as designed but doesn't show anything for the other extensions I tried to remove, only shows "restart now/undo" for the account manager. This was in my extensions.log: 2010-08-24 15:18:52 ERROR addons.manager: Exception calling provider.startup: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIFile.remove]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: resource://gre/modules/XPIProvider.jsm :: DirInstallLocation_uninstallAddon :: line 5826" data: no]
Were the other extensions disabled or incompatible?
Image Zoom, Jetpack Prototype, Locationbar 2 and Open Link in... were all disabled or incompatible.
This sounds like bug 585339 then

One other detail is that I had to restart twice for the account manager to be removed.
