There are several problems when changing the localization:
- in Preference the last option Disconnected is not translated in all languages 
- in Portuguese: in the first page Fennec start appear the brand Firefox instead of Fennec; at the Fennec Start is missing a space in Inicio doFennec
- Polski : the first page is not translated at all; the option clear private data from Preference is not translated and neither the No downloads in Download menu and No recommended Add-on,Try again in add-ons menu
- in Nederland: The sync part in Preference not translated and neither Privacy or download 
- in Italian: Start should be Inizio, Privacy translated in Vita privata (like is in french vie privee)
- in Suomi: appear to nouns form for Fennec : Fenneciin or Fenecin; also again the sync part is not translated
- in Deutch : The sync part in Preference not translated
- in Dansk : The sync part in Preference not translated
- in Cestina : appears two form for start: Start and Startouni
- 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Slide the webpage to the left to reveal the control tab, press the gear icon
2.In preferences change the localization from Auto detect in other one
3.Restart application
4.Look at the elements of the first page Fennec start
5.Slide the webpage to the left to reveal the control tab, press the gear icon
6. Look at the Preference menu, Download menu and add-ons one.
Actual Results:  
the localization is not applied to all the elements of the menu and first page

Expected Results:  
the localization should be applied to all the elements of the menu and first page
