I was downloading some files from an ftp:// address. The ftp address had a timeout set, so the authentication box would pop up from time to time. As I download the files the Authentication window would pop up, while the 'save file as' window was still open. When this happened, there was no way to cancel the save file as dialog box, and no way to cancel the authentication window. I had to force quit the application and start again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to an ftp account through the browser window
2. Have a timeout set on the ftp server.
3. Try to Save multiple files at once
4. if you have the save dialog open when the authentication box pops up, you will be stuck.
Actual Results:  
The browser was not frozen but I was unable to perform any actions. Pressing Cancel on the save as window did nothing.

Expected Results:  
When you press cancel the save as dialog box should close no matter what else is happening. Same with the authentication box.
