Bug 130078 landed and caused a regression in Fennec. Remote (e10s) pages fail to load.

Oleg's patch in bug 575567, with a little twiddling, would likely fix the bustage on top of m-c tip.

This is Oleg's patch from bug 575567 with an added removal of the widget check.  r?'ing and r+'ing myself.

I can verify that this patch seems to work. Fennec is working as expected.
