Jim, plugin xpt's are no longer used on trunk so there is no longer any need to copy QuickTime's xpt.

Drivers, our plugin architecture no longer use the xpt files copied into the components directory so it is no longer necessary to copy the QuickTime xpt into the components directory. This patch removes the copy from the installer.
