1. Open URL
2. Look at the left frame form
3. There is a "sisene" pic. It is wrongly alligned.
4. Now press right mouse and choose "load frame in new window"
5. In the new window the problem dissapears.

Can anybody take a quick look at this? The link is the biggest bank in Estonia
and many users from Estonia had already compaled about this issue....

The following observations might indicate that this is an incremental reflow 
issue:

1)If you are on a slow connection, you can see that the table layout is OK for 
as long as the image isn't loaded. When the image is starting to load, and the 
image width is known, the table doesn't grow larger to fit the whole image, so 
the image draws across the table borders.

2) Sometimes, the problem doesn't occur (probably when the image is fetched from 
the cache before the whole file is laid out.

This doesn't occur when you set borders=1 or an explicit width of the image.

Another observation: If you don't set the explicit height of the image, so that 
neither width nor height is set, the problem doesn't occur either

Netscape's standard compliance QA team reorganised itself once again, so taking 
remaining non-tables style bugs. Sorry about the spam. I tried to get this done 
directly at the database level, but apparently that is "not easy because of the 
shadow db", "plus it screws up the audit trail", so no can do...
