Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load Youtube video,
click the resize video icon
play video
scroll the page down so plugin disappears from content area
Actual Results:  
black box in glass area, transparent flickering on top of nav bar and bookmarks toolbar.

Expected Results:  
no plugin shown above content area.

regression range matters, because it was only D2D before on bug 590568, but now it applies to the changes in this range:
