Bug 591866 took channel-prefs.js out from omnijar.js for beta5, and then bug 592127 put it back in for nightly updates. Before we build beta5 we'll need to revert the temporary change from bug 592127, hooray. This bug should probably only be dealt with on the relbranch, so check in a fix, tag and branch, back it out again. Ew. Yuck. Please and thank you.
