Details

If you enter a secret phrase in the setup wizard, and go the next screen then go back, it will complain that "The secret phrase cannot be the same as your current secret phrase" and the Next button is then grayed out. The only way to continue is to type a different secret phrase, or to cancel setup and start over.
It's a genuine bug, but I'm fixing this as part of bug 591118.
