Details

The ICs are one of the most complex, and thus bug-prone, parts of the JM compiler, especially because of their dynamic nature. For QA purposes, we should have prefs to disable them. I'm not sure about the granularity, but we should probably have at least 2 prefs, one for mono ICs and one for poly ICs.
