593235 - Improvements for Firefox Sync Page Header

Firefox Sync's page could use a little polish, in particular, reducing the amount of text in the page header and making it clearer where Firefox Sync can be downloaded.

This could be achieved quickly by reusing the styling from the Firefox Home for iPhone page:

   http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/mobile/home/

Here are some notes from the email exchange regarding this:

>     * Take cues from the Mozilla landing page, which we have a lot of conversion data about:

> o Make the sync logo smaller, and move it to the left side of the page.
>   It gives the page some personality, but it draws the user's attention

> o Make the download link a large button, and give it some color. Make it

Mock-up for when the user is browsing with Firefox 4. If we can programmatically determine if Sync is installed (add-on or built-in), we should use that instead.

I'm tempted to remove the 'Sync Installed' block altogether, but this would require slightly different page elements. I will make this a part of a separate bug if we move forward with the idea.
