Since a couple of weeks the comfort upload function within the web.de email program does no longer work. The following error message appears: server error E/A Error#2038. It did not happen after an update or anything, it just happened in normal use from one day to the other. I did reinstall the latest version, tried all kinds of things with adobe acrobat but it does simply not work any longer. This is anoying since old school uploads(one by one selection) take forever. 
Web.de support states this would be a technical problem within mozilla firefox an could only bew fixed by Mozialla Firefox. In the meantime I have to use Internet Explorer which I do not really prefer to do.

1. Open web.de email account
2. open new email
3. try to attach documents with comfort upload
