Currently, personas have a visual bug on linux with tabs on top enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click -> check "Tabs on Top"
2.Find a persona (getpersonas.com)
3.install/preview it
Actual Results:  
Navigation toolbar becomes fully transparent, but tabs are only partially transparent.

Expected Results:  
The navigation toolbar should have become partially transparent to blend in with the tabs, or the tabs should become more transparent to blend in with the navigation toolbar.

Personas should probably act the same way as the windows version does when "tabs on top" is enabled.
