Details

Bugzilla should tell me explicitly when the *last* dependency of a bug is resolved, because that often indicates that I can start working on the bug. If I've opted to receive notifications of all dependency changes, this can be part of the email notifying me of the dependency change itself. cf bug 8527 and bug 97956. This would get us one step closer to being able to use GTD and Bugzilla together sanely.
