593512 - Get "Learn more" link into geolocation doorhanger

We should port bug 573536 once the doorhangers have landed, so an eventually shown geolocation notification can have the "Learn More" link again.
As we don't ship a geolocation provider by default anyhow, this doesn't have a high priority, but it should be done.

IIRC There were some subsequent Firefox bugs micro-tweaking the position of the Learn More link.

Our Learn More link seems to be working well without all this positioning micro-management. Let's stick to our default/inherited styles as less is better and there are fewer ways for things to go wrong.
