In the options UI Firefox -> Options -> Content -> Fonts & Colors -> Size the drop down list is populated with the correct values (i.e. changing the selected item works) but there is nothing displayed in the list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Options UI
2.Select Content Tab
3.Use the drop down next to font size
Actual Results:  
The list appears empty

Expected Results:  
It should display a list of font sizes

This also happens in the second drop down in the advanced UI - but not the first.
