Details

Windows 7 users: 1) Un-maximise a window. 2) Un-focus the window (by, for example, clicking the desktop). Now the Firefox Button goes grey as expected. 3) Click the Firefox Button. 4) Un-focus the window again. Now the Firefox Button unexpectedly remains orange. (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b6pre) Gecko/20100908 Firefox/4.0b6pre)
Summary: Firefox Button doesn't always go silver in an unfocussed window → Firefox Button doesn't always go inactive when a window loses focus
Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b6pre) Gecko/20100908 Firefox/4.0b6pre
I will look into this. Not sure if this is fixable in the theme or if it is a problem with how inactive windows are handled.
