Details
Windows 7 users:
1) Un-maximise a window.
2) Un-focus the window (by, for example, clicking the desktop).
Now the Firefox Button goes grey as expected.
3) Click the Firefox Button.
4) Un-focus the window again.
Now the Firefox Button unexpectedly remains orange.

Summary: Firefox Button doesn't always go silver in an unfocussed window → Firefox Button doesn't always go inactive when a window loses focus

I will look into this. Not sure if this is fixable in the theme or if it is a problem with how inactive windows are handled.
