594619 - Remember state of "Include in Updates" checkbox for individual updates

When an addon is set to update manually, the "Include in updates" checkbox always defaults to checked. Ideally, it should remember its state for individual updates, but still default to checked for new updates.

So:
1. Install AwesomeAddon v1.0
2. Set to manual updates
3. EM finds update to v1.2
4. Go to Available updates and choose to not include AwesomeAddon v1.2 when installing other manual updates
5. Go back to Available Updates, and the update to AwesomeAddon v1.2 will remember not to be included by default
6. EM finds update to v1.3
7. Go to Available Updates, and the v1.3 update will be included by default
