From https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=567687#c5 I believe that terra.com may have a different server infrastructure than terra.com.br. Or if they are the same, unfortunately https://autoconfig.terra.com/mail/config-v1.1.xml does not have valid certs and the non-https version 404's.
