Steps to reproduce:
1. Open litmus.mozilla.org and login
2. Click run tests and select fennec 2.0 catch-all test run.
Expected results:
For Android platform, "Android 2.2" should be available in the "Operating System" drop down list (see attached screenshot)
Note: We need to run tests on Droid2 device

The Android 2.2 is now a valid operating system.
Any QA admin should be able to do this in Litmus in the future:
* select "Manage Categories" from the Admin section in the lefthand menu
* click on "Manage Operating Systems"
* click on "Add new operating system"
