3 pages printed instead of 2

There are 3 pages per test instead of 2:
1. first frame
2. second frame
3. first's and second's frames border (as looks on screen, but without any
text).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install some printer driver
2. Open page with frames
3. Print page
Expected Results: Should be 2 pages (all frames printed separately) or 1 page,
where all frames printed as seen on screen.

I only get one page and it shows the borders of the frames but not their content.
linux trunk build 2000110521.
