59555 - drag and drop message from Inbox to folder; it goes, but no change reflected in UI

Using N6 11/8 build on WinNT 4.0 SP6:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001108 Netscape6/6.0

What I saw:
1) select message in inbox
2) drag and drop into folder
3) after you let go of the message, you notice that the message still seems to
be in the inbox and still seems to be in the selected state. You can even drag
and drop the message to the same folder multiple times or press the delete key
to delete it with no apparent visual effect.
4) restart N6; when it comes up, the message no longer appears in the inbox, and
when you look in the folder, it's there

I've seen this, but once you resize the thread&msg pane it clears. Other type of
thread pane display refresh problems happen when delete or move/drag from middle
of inbox -- blank line in thread pane.  Again, all redraws when pane resized.

I am using a fresh CVS compile of Mozilla 0.92+ compiled on July 7 and could not
get a message to drop from the inbox to any folder.  Resizing windos or panes
and closing/reopening Mozilla had no effect.

During the actual dragging, the pointer changes, as if the drag is legal, but
dropping has no effect.

The problem I reported on 2001-07-08 has been fixed when I recompiled with 
different settings.  I was using default configure settings.  In fact, cannot 
reproduce this bug at all right now.
