Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to a website with media streaming, youtube is probably easiest. 2.scroll using the mouse wheel down 3.scroll back up Actual Results: http://img535.imageshack.us/img535/999/47707782.png(only note the video from that screenshot) Expected Results: a clear picture without distorting the flash app.
