Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Press F6 twice Actual Results: Content is highlighted. Expected Results: F6 should select awesomebar (with tabs on bottom) or the text in tabs (with tabs on top) regardless of how many times it is pressed.

The same is happening in 4.0b5 candidate build 1 ("Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b5) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b5"). Not sure if this has 130078, though.

Maybe I confirmed too soon... 3.6.9 also behaves like this (pressing F6 once selects Awesomebar, pressing it again focuses the content area). Maybe we want to make F6 switch between the Tab Bar and the Awesomebar, but that is an enhancement, not a bug. Still leaving this open, in case it is a regression from before 3.6.9.
I see the same behaviour on 3.6 and m-c. So I guess this isn't a regression then?
