Otherwise, The Bookmarks Menu Button disappers, If Menu Bar is shown and the Bookmarks toolbar is hidden , The Bookmarks Menu Button *only* allow on the Menu Bar, Problem is that the Bookmarks Menu Button is not fully customizable.

Do you mind marking this as dupe of Bug 582139 and adding any missing annotation there?
No problem, but it should include menu bar and other user defined toolbar.
change it whatever is needed, there are too many bugs tracking similar stuff :)
