User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b6pre) Gecko/20100913 Firefox/4.0b6pre Build Identifier: Passwords aren't presented for HTML popups at all, even if you select the username no password is presented. However if you type a different password, Firefox notes the password has changed from what's stored. Testcases: http://formspring.me http://ssl.rapidshare.com Reproducible: Always

formspring.me - uses autocomplete=off rapidshare.com - I don't see any way to log in from that page imageshack.us - doesn't use a real form, not sure what they're doing veikkaus.fi - as best I can tell, they are intercepting form submission and doing something on their own. That's not even an "HTML popup" so would belong in a different bug

So is there an example here that is a regression? Doesn't sound like this blocks.
