Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=559385#c6, the download counter promo on the site is currently saying 0 downloads. Until that gets fixed, let's please pull that promo off the following pages:

I think this might be causing a JS error in IE. Seems the JS is still included and not smart enough to fail quietly if the HTML isn't there.
