Sometimes, the titlebar just can't keep up and then "dies". Like if you double click the titlebar rapidly. The titlebar theme gets screwed up and buttons stop working.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just go crazy double clicking the titlebar, it'll happen eventually.
Actual Results:
the Titlebar dies. It is now fully transparent when maximized and pure black otherwise. The orange Firefox menu thing is still visible. The minimize/restore/maximize buttons no longer work and are missing (you can briefly get them to flicker by clicking the titlebar sometimes). When resizing the window, the titlebar takes on the standard theme (non aero... familiar blue). The standard theme can be brought out by making the menubar visible. While the standard theme is in effect, the minimize/restore/maximize buttons are visible and work (but everything below the blue titlebar strip and above the address bar is still transparent or black as before).
Expected Results:
It shouldn't die like that.
Nothing appears in the error console and this happens in safe mode.
I previously reported this as [594830], but have since discovered that the problem is more general that I originally thought. It certainly happens to me frequently due to my use of WinSplit Revolution, but the bug manifests itself even without extra software.
