With the Firefox menu enabled, maximize Firefox and observe that the upper left corner of the screen does not select the Firefox menu button (though it ought to). Also, this same area (the coloumn of pixels on the very left edge of the title bar) cannot be double-clicked like the rest of the title bar to unmaximize the window.
Reproducible: Always
