Details
The Setup Wizard interprets almost any error in account creation as "incorrect words".
In particular, at the moment I'm debugging the newstage-auth setup, and the actual problem is that sreg can't connect to the auth database on adm01 (I think for node assignment)
sreg logs a long exception, but all reg sees is
[Wed Sep 15 11:47:56 2010] [error] [client 10.250.64.84] unexpected problem reported: 500 -
And the client says "Incorrect words, try again"
This leads to user frustration, because they keep trying the recaptcha, when in fact there's a server problem.

Setup is much better at invalid entry handling than when this bug was filed. You just can't gt to recaptcha + an active Continue button without correctly filling in the first st of fields.
