In the early testing builds from Bug 587908, I recall there being a slight delay before shoing a hovered link. However, now I can not get my cursor to move fast enough in order to prevent hovered links from showing.
This is a problem on sites like forums, Reddit, Digg, etc... where you can't move your cursor without having the location bar spaz-out.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it would be nice if this were user configurable.
I personally would like a longer delay, like a tooltip, but I'm sure there are others that would prefer a shorter, or no, delay.

Sorry again. Didn't realize this was fallout from Bug 596678. Even if it wasn't, the proposed patch does basically what I asked.
