Prerequisites: 
Preferably use a clean profile. 

Steps: 

1. Make sure you are browsing with multiple tabs
2. History settings are standard
3. Close FF by "x" dismiss button | File-> Quit | Shortcut 

Behavior: 
The "save and quit" dialog is popped soon after you hit the close FF button. 
It has an abnormal look. It should be re-sized and CSS layout should be centered as well as buttons should fit the applet area.

which version of the browser? Please post the full user agent in bugs.
