597008 - Create a firefox devtools mercurial repository

We'd like a separate repository for dealing with firefox inspector and web console patches.

What we would like to have is a top-level hg repo for checking in feedbacked or reviewed patches.

We'd also like some set of unittests and talos runs for this repo. Not sure if we need the full suite or not, but definitely mochitest-browser-chrome in opt and debug configurations.

Separate bug for this under releng, please.

I think there's two parts to this:
- creating the repo
- buildbot integration

Yeah, was wondering about that. We can use this one for the serverops component and I'll split off the buildbot part into a separate bug.

Per email with rob and kevin, can you please move this repo to:

hg.mozilla.org/projects/devtools with same access.

If its easiest, s it possible to just move the file on the hg server?

Copied the repo from hg.mozilla.org/devtools to hg.mozilla.org/projects/devtools, with permissions preserved.  Please verify if this works :)
