From bug 51695: classic toolbar images should be larger, so that they do a better job of filling the space they have. Currently, there's noticable padding under the text below the images, and the images are very small compared to the buttons. This would be a change from 4.75, but I think it would make the buttons easier to use. See also bug 22056, prefs for navbar buttons as text/icons/both.

The current toolbar icons are actually a bit larger, not smaller, than they should be by default on Windows (16px*16px). So, I'll mark this as a dup of the bug asking for multiple-sized toolbar icons. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 62444 ***
