The loading indicator is few pixels longer than the location bar, and that
just looks wrong.

From the looks of it, it almost seems like everything is just shifted slightly too far to the right, since it's too short on the left hand side as well.

Yeah, similar problem also on linux.

According to the screenshot this is caused by the non-default position of the Stop/Reload button. With both of them attached to the URL-bar I don't see this.
