Sometimes when I middle-click a link (to open in a new tab) from within an app tab, the new tab is preset as an app tab.
Other times, it's opened as a regular tab.

I haven't been able to track down steps to reproduce either method consistently. Now whenever I try to do this, it opens as a regular tab, but earlier today, it was sometimes opening app tabs.

Was unable to reproduce issue on clean profile.

I'm regularly working with app tabs in my daily profile and I have never seen such a situation. Given the missing information to reproduce and the chance that it could exist because of an extension, lets mark this bug as incomplete for now.

Wes, we you can reproduce and have steps, feel free to reopen the bug.
