Minefield 4.0b7pre has very poor performance when scrolling.  Scrolling, which used to be smooth, is now jumpy.  This did not occur with previous builds.  The problem is independent of which page is being viewed, and persists across browser restarts.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Load page long enough to need scrolling
2.  Scroll
3.  Page jumps when scrolled.

Can you please test with the RC build? Also, is there a particular URL you can give us where this is easily reproducible?
