Clicking on an empty HTML textbox (not a textarea) should show a menu containing a list of entries that can be prefilled into that textbox, just as IE does. The menu should appear directly below the textfield (and aligned with the left border of the textfield), but should not appear if there are no available items to prefill or if there's already text in the field. This allows users to autofill using only the mouse, and to see a broad list of choices. A resizable menu such as IE has would also be great, but I'll file that separately.

Blake, how does this differ from bug 48982 which you also filed? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 48982 ***
d'oh! it doesn't. I thought I already reported this, but I couldn't find it for some reason...
