Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------
1. On some longer webpage, click the middle mouse button near some content
2. Move the mouse down to start scrolling
3. A small amount of content will remain below the circular arrow icon
What should have happened:

You should only see the round scrolling arrows icon when you scroll
What actually happened:
----------------------------------------
A small square with some of the page appears below the scrolling arrows icon.

I use firefox 4.0b6 on windows 7 x64
OS: Windows XP → Windows 7
Hardware: x86 → x86_64
