Eventually, we should be able to pin multiple tabs as app tabs at once. 
This comes in handy when handling groups of tabs or in any case, 
multiple tabs. 

Feature should be located in the tab-context menu next to "Bookmark all tabs".
This doesn't seem like something users would often want to do, or something that we should encourage, as masses of pinned tabs don't work very well -- they necessarily take away space for normal tabs.
