1. go to a url that can pan down such as : http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp
2. open the control panel
3. in a single motion close the control panel, pan diagonally, and open the tab panel.
Expected: No graphic defect.
Actual : On occasions, graphic defect will occur.
Note:
1) The defect is temporary, wait several seconds to half a minute and the rendering will refresh.
