As described here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Test/Leopard#Mercurial & https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Test/SnowLeopard#Mercurial These packages are not in the base image, and as we have no access to puppet they are currently missing from our slaves.
